The IIE Center for International Opportunities (CIO) leverages partnerships across sectors to enrich and expand international education, exchange, and opportunity for all. Last summer as part of its fellowship program, grassroots nonprofit and CIO partner Leaders of the Free World (LFW) led college students on a two-week study tour to Ghana.
